By creating an account or using iotoWeb (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
iotoWeb provides an AI assistant that can, at your direction, connect to third-party services (such as Google) to help you work with your own information — for example summarizing email, surfacing your calendar, or drafting replies for your review. You control which services are connected and can disconnect them at any time.
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize iotoWeb to access data from that service solely to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. iotoWeb is not responsible for third-party services.
The assistant’s responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or acting on them. Actions that affect others (such as sending an email) are performed only with your review or explicit configuration.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iotoWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
